The Disability Resource Agency for Independent Living (DRAIL) has offices located in Modesto, Stockton, and Sonora, is a non-profit corporation that is community based, consumer controlled, consumer choice, cross-disability center for independent living. Our office hours are 9am to 5pm Monday through Friday, closed noon to 1pm for lunch.

DRAIL is dedicated to working towards the objectives of the Disability Rights and Independent Living Movement through the provision of comprehensive services designed to empower and improve the quality of life for persons with disabilities.

DRAIL is staffed by people with disabilities or those who have a working knowledge of disabilities and are professionally trained to serve the needs or persons with disabilities. Their guidance and support gives persons with disabilities the confidence to take the first steps toward their own independence.

DRAIL services are funded by the Department of Education, State Department of Rehabilitation, Community Development Block Grants, United Ways of Stanislaus and Tuolumne Counties, and public and private donations.
